You're on our payroll with taxes withheld and a W-2 each January. An employee, not a contractor.

What you'll do
- Haul dry van freight on regional lanes from our home base.
- Do pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report problems.
- Keep hours of service accurate on the ELD.
- Update the owner and customers on ETAs.
What you need
- Valid Class A CDL and a current DOT medical card
- 2+ years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Age 21 or older
- Safe driving record, and you can pass a DOT drug test and background check

What you'll do
- Find and book freight, and negotiate rates with brokers and shippers.
- Plan routes and delivery windows around the driver's hours of service.
- Track the truck and keep customers updated.
- Handle rate confirmations, bills of lading, and invoicing.
- Schedule maintenance so the truck stays earning.
What you need
- 1+ year of dispatch or freight brokerage experience preferred
- Comfort with load boards, spreadsheets, and phone calls
- Clear communication and calm under pressure
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend calls
